Pej Vahdat Makes His Way To Broadway

Temperance Brennan (Emily Deschanel, L) and Jeffersonian Intern Arastoo Vaziri (guest star Pej Vahdat, R)Pej Vahdat makes his Broadway debut in Blood and Gifts, opening November 21, 2011 at the Mitzi E. Newhouse Theater. Blood and Gifts tells the story of the secret spy war behind the official Soviet-Afghan War of the 1980s. He will appear alongside Michael Aronov, Jeremy Davidson, Robert Hogan, Jefferson Mays, Andrés Munar, Paul Niebanck, John Procaccino, Liv Rooth, Gabriel Ruiz, Andrew Weems and Bernard White in this new play by J.T. Rogers.

See What Bones Had In Store For ComicCon

Fox scheduled a Bones panel for San Diego Comic Con to feature stars David Boreanaz and Emily Deschanel which was cancelled with both stars citing personal conflicts.

In spite of this, and since Hall H was left void of distractions during the allocated slot, a number of Bones fans gathered to show their continued support. There was still some Bones swag to be obtained including a bag, poster and shirts.

Now, Fox has released the video they planned to show during the panel.

John Francis Daley Writes ‘Vacation’ Reboot

John Francis Daley and Jonathan Goldstein, who wrote this summer’s Horrible Bosses, have completed their second screenplay draft for a reboot of National Lampoon’s Vacation. New Line cinema is actively seeking a director for this priority project and Peter Segal (Get Smart, The Longest Yard, Anger Management) is on the top of their list.

This new film, tentatively called Vacation, will center around a grown up Rusty Griswold and may chronicle his journey to take his own family to Wally’s World. In the original, Rusty was played by Anthony Michael Hall. There is no word yet on casting other than the hope of cameos for Chevy Chase and Beverly D’Angelo.

Stephen Fry portrays Mylock Holmes, older brother ro Sherlock, in Sherlock Holmes 2: A Game of Shadows. Coming to theaters December 16th, 2011. Directed by Guy Ritchie. Starring Robert Downey Jr., Jude Law, Noomi Rapace, Jared Harris, Eddie Marsan, Stephen Fry, Gilles Lellouche.

On Bones, Stephen Fry plays psychiatrist Dr Gordon Wyatt who must evaulate Agent Booth after Booth shoots the clown on top of an ice cream truck.
