Jonathan Adams voices Red Lantern leader Atrocitus for Animated Series

Red Lantern leader Atrocitus from Green Lantern: The Animated SeriesGreen Lantern: The Animated Series, featuring the voice talent of Josh Keaton (Hal Jordan) and Robert Englund, is set to debut this Friday on Cartoon Network. Jonathan Adams will voice Red Lantern leader Atrocitus.

Jonathan Adams portrayed Dr. Daniel Goodman, administrator of Jeffersonian Forensic Anthropology Unit in Bones Season 1 and was replaced by Dr. Camille Saroyan (Tamera Taylor).

RIP Rapper Heavy D Dead At Age 44

Heavy D (Dwight Arrington Myers)Actor, rapper, record producer and former leader of Heavy D & the Boyz, died today at the age of 44 after being discovered unconscious nearly his home in Los Angeles.

For Bones fans, Heavy D was Sid Shapiro, the owner of Wong Fu’s Chinese restaurant. His special talent was always know exactly what to get a customer without asking. After Season 1, the borrowed Chinese restaurant set was replaced with the Royal Diner where the cast now sites looking wistfully from the window picking at a plate of french fries.

“Somebody for Me” was the first #1 hit for Heavy D & the Boyz in 1989 from the album Big Tyme.

“Now That We Found Love” was their biggest Us Hot 100 hit, topping out at #11 in 1991.

“Got Me Waiting” from Nuttin’ But Love not only hit #1 on the US Rap charts but also scored #3 in R&B in 1994.

Katheryn Winnick on the set of ‘Inside the Mind of Charlie Swan III’

Now that Katheryn Winnick is no longer playing Booths journalist girlfriend, Hannah Burley, on Bones, Katheryn Winnick is still keeping busy. She’s currently filming Inside the Mind of Charlie Swan III, a Roman Coppola effort starring Charlie Sheen (Two and a Half Men), Bill Murray (Lost in Translation) , Jason Schwartzman (Bored to Death), Aubrey Plaza (Parks and Recreation), Patricia Arquette (Medium), and Mary Elizabeth Winstead (Scott Pilgrim vs. the World).
